RED RIVER COMMUNITY CORPS WORKS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF OKLAHOMANS THROUGH AMERICORPS NATIONAL SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES. RED RIVER'S AMERICORPS PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO ENGAGE YOUTH TO IMPROVE ACADEMIC SUCCESS; ADDRESS ISSUES OF FOOD INSECURITY AND INCREASE ACCESS TO HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES; IMPROVE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES; AND HELP EXPAND ACCESS TO COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR VETERANS AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS. ADDITIONALLY, RED RIVER WORKS TO ENSURE PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS AND MEMBERS ADHERE TO ALL AMERICORPS GUIDELINES AND MAINTAINS COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS CONNECTED TO FEDERAL GRANT FUNDING.
