THESE FUNDS MAKE ARKANSAS CHILDRENS A KID-SAVVY PLACE BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO THINGS LIKE TOYS, GAMES, AND PROJECTS, WHICH ARE IMPORTANT TO THE OVERALL HEALTH OF THE CHILD.
