OSO ALSO INSTITUTED A NEW SUMMER CONCERT SERIES OF TWO UNSTAGED OPERA CONCERTS OFFERED FOR FREE TO THE PUBLIC AT THE WEST SIDE COMMUNITY GARDEN.
