BECAUSE THEY ARE A FOSTER-BASED RESCUE, PITTIES PURRS COMPLETELY RELIES ON ITS INCREDIBLE VOLUNTEERS TO CARE FOR TO TEMPORARILY WELCOME THE DOGS AND CATS INTO THEIR HOMES TO PREPARE THEM FOR ADOPTION.
