THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE GIVING OF FUNDS TO OTHER TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS CROHN'S AND COLITIS FOUNDATION OF AMERICA, WHICH FURTHER THE EXEMPT PURPOSES.THE FOUNDATION RAISES THE FUNDS BY HOSTING AND PARTCIPATING IN FUNDRAISING EVENTS INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING: THE ANNUAL CRYSTAL BALL EVENT, THE TAKE STEPS EVENT, WHICH IS THE CROHN'S AND COLITIS FOUNDATION'S LARGEST FUNDRAISING EVENT, THE TEAM CHALLENGE EVENT, AN ENDURANCE TRAINING AND FUNDRAISING PROGRAM, AND AN ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT.
