EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM OBJECTIVE - TO INCREASE PARTICIPANTS' EMPLOYMENT SKILLS WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO ACCESS EMPLOYMENT. INCLUSION CONNECTIONS OPERATES A JOB TRAINING PROGRAM, PAWSABILITY. THE PROGRAM INCLUDES HANDS ON SKILLS TRAINING ALONG WITH AN EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT DESIGNED TO IMPROVE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. AS A PART OF THE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS MAKE, SELL, AND MARKET DOG TREATS AND TOYS.
