THE ORGANIZATION IDENTIFIES UNDER-UTILIZED LAND AND PROPERTIES AND SECURES CONTROL, CREATES A MASTER PLAN FOR PROPERTIES/LAND, COMPLETES FEASIBILITY STUDIES, AND SOLICITS LOCAL COMMUNITY INPUT AND SUPPORT.
