THE ORGANIZATION IDENTIFIES UNDER-UTILIZED LAND AND PROPERTIES AND SECURES CONTROL, CREATES A MASTER PLAN FOR PROPERTIES/LAND, COMPLETES FEASIBILITY STUDIES, AND SOLICITS LOCAL COMMUNITY INPUT AND SUPPORT. THESE PROPERTIES WILL BE POSITIONED FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT IN AN EFFORT TO REVITALIZE THE ENTIRE CITY OF COLUMBUS IN NEIGHBORHOODS THAT LACK THE CAPACITY TO IMPROVE.
