PROVIDES COMPETITIVE LEAGUE AND TOURNAMENT PLAY FOR SOCCER ORGANIZATIONS TO FURTHER THE TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT AND LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION OF YOUNG SOCCER PLAYERS, PRIMARILY AGES EIGHT THROUGH NINETEEN. THE LEAGUE ALSO PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO PARTICIPATING SOCCER ORGANIZATIONS, PLAYERS, COACHES, PARENTS, DIRECTORS, AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS IN THE SOCCER COMMUNITY IN FORMS OF CLINICS, WORKSHOPS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THE LEAGUE EMPHASIZES A HIGH LEVEL OF COMPETITION,SPORTSMANSHIP, RESPECT FOR INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES AMONG PLAYERS, AND THE ENJOYMENT OF THE GAME OF SOCCER IN ALL OF ITS FORMS.

THE CLUB CHAMPIONS LEAGUE (CCL)NATIONAL LEAGUE IS THE TOP OR FIRST-DIVISION YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE COMPETITION. THE NATIONAL LEAGUE COMPRISES YOUTH SOCCER CLUBS' TOP OR MOST COMPETITIVE TEAMS.
THE CLUB CHAMPIONS LEAGUE (CCL) REGIONAL LEAGUE IS THE SECOND OR SECOND- DIVISION YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE COMPETITION. THE REGIONAL LEAGUE COMPRISES YOUTH SOCCER CLUBS' SECOND MOST COMPETITIVE TEAMS AND/OR SMALLER CLUBS' TOP OR MOST COMPETITIVE TEAMS.
THE NATIONAL LEAGUES ALLIANCE IS A FREE CLUB MEMBERSHIP PLATFORM THAT RECEIVES GUARANTEED ENTRANCE INTO TOP EVENTS SUCH AS THE ADIDAS NATIONAL CUP, DISCOUNTED EVENT FEES, AND ACCESS TO STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS (I.E., ADIDAS, SOCCER.COM, KWIK GOAL, UNITED SOCCER COACHES, AND MORE).
NEXTGEN 9-10S IS A PROGRESSIVE, FORWARD-THINKING, REGIONALIZED LEAGUE SYSTEM (LOCAL GAMES) SPECIFICALLY FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF YOUTH SOCCER PLAYERS IN THE U9-U10 AGE GROUPS. PRO23 OFFERS CLUBS A PLAYER RETENTION OPPORTUNITY PROVIDING CURRENT COLLEGE PLAYERS THE ABILITY TO COME HOME AND PLAY FOR THE CLUB THAT HELPED DEVELOP AND PREPARE THEM FOR COLLEGIATE SOCCER. TOP YOUTH PLAYERS AND FORMER COLLEGIATE/PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS ROUND OUT PRO23 ROSTERS TO OFFER A ONE-OF- A-KIND OFF-SEASON DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.
