IT INTENDS TO MAKE ITS LAND AVAILABLE TO FARMERS AND FARM ORGANIZATIONS THAT DO NOT OTHERWISE HAVE ACCESS TO FARM LAND FOR ORGANIC AND/OR BIODYNAMIC FARMING. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS FOR THE SOCIAL ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL ENRICHMENT OF SUCH SMALL SCALE FARMS, AND THE HUDSON VALLEY COMMUNITIES THAT SURROUND THEM, AS A MODEL OF SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE.
