THIS CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, SPECIFICALLY TO PROVIDE THE EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY, AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED WITH A PIECE OF HAPPINESS IN THEIR EVERYDAY LIVES. EVERY NEED IS "SPECIAL" MBV IS FOUNDED IN MEMORY OF VINCENT MIRITELLO. OUR ORGANIZATION DOES AN ANNUAL WALK TO BENEFIT THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS. WE ORGANIZE HOLIDAY FOOD, COAT, CLOTHING AND SHOE DRIVES FOR NEEDY FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY BASED OUTREACH GROUPS WHICH COORDINATE DISTRIBUTION TO SHELTERS. WE HAVE FUNDRAISERS TO BENEFIT ADULT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES, LOCAL FAMILIES IN DISTRESS AND MAN COMMUNITY BASED GROUPS THAT ASSIST RESIDENTS IN NEED. MBV IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED FOR CLOTING AND FOOD. IN ADDITION, WE WILL HELP LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS AND RESCUE GROUPS IN THE AID AND SUPPORT OF ANIMAL WELFARE.
