OUTSIDEIN EXISTS TO CREATE JOBS FOR MARGINALIZED WOMEN IN OUR AREA. WE DO THIS IN A SMALL MANUFACTURING OPERATION THAT MAKES FABRIC BAGS THAT CAN BE USED FOR TRAVEL.

ALMOST ALL OF THE EXPENSES INCURRED BY OUTSIDEIN ARE DIRETLY RELATED TO THE ONGOING BUSINESS OF MAKING AND SELLING A PRODUCT. TO SERVE OUR EMPLOYEES WE TAKE GREAT PAINS TO PROVIDE A "HEALING CENTERED WORKPLACE" WHERE WOMEN CAN BE NURTURED AND ENCOURAGED TO REINVENT THEIR LIVES. WE STRIVE TO COME ALONGSIDE OUR EMPLOYEES AND NOT ONLY PROVIDE SKILLS TRAINING UT ALSO WORK TO IMPROVE THINGS LIKE "SOFT SKILLS" WHICH CAN PROVE BENEFICIAL FOR LATER JOBS THEY MIGHT GET. WE SEE OUR EMPLOYEES ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN SOBRIETY, MAKE HEALTHIER CHOICES WITH FINANCES AND RELATIONSHIPS AND OVERALL TAKE MORE AND BETTER CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES.
