OUR DAY SCHOOL PROGRAM CONTINUES TO OFFER STUDENTS IN GRADES 1-12 AS FULLY ACCREDITED DAY SCHOOL COLLEGE PREPARATORY PROGRAMS. SOCRATES PREP ADOPTS A PHILOSOPHY FOUNDED ON DEVELOPING THE WHOLE CHILDS SOCIAL EMOTIONAL AND ACADEMIC NEEDS THROUGH INQUIRY AND REFLECTION. WE APPROACH TEACHING THROUGH A PERSONALIZED LEARNING PATH. THIS ALLOWS STUDENTS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR LEARNING AND ENGAGE IN SELF-DISCOVERY AND GOAL SETTING. OUR GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS ARE NOTED AS STUDENTS ARE REINVIGORATED AND EAGER TO FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS AND NURTURE THEIR TALENTS.
YEAR TO YEAR WE HAVE NOTED THE SUCCESS OF OUR PROGRAM RATE. 100% COLLEGE ENROLLMENT, STUDENTS HAVE COMPETITIVE TERRA NOVA AND SAT, ACT SCORES. INTEGRATION OF OUR STUDENT SERVICES AND SOFT SKILLS PROGRAMS AND FOCUSING ON SUCCESS POST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION AND SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT HAS PROVED ESSENTIAL TO OUR STUDENTS HOLISTIC GROWTH. THESE PROGRAMS ARE SUCCESSFUL IN HELPING OUR STUDENTS MEET THE SKILLS NEEDED IN FUTURE JOB MARKETS AND IN DEVELOPING HEALTHY HABITS AS THEY GROW INTO ADULTHOOD.
TUTORING/CONNECTION PROGRAM OFFERS AN AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING PROGRAM FOR ALL ACADEMIC SUBJECTS. THE PROGRAM IS OPEN TO SOCRATES STUDENTS AND STUDENTS ATTENDING OTHER SCHOOLS OR HOME SCHOOLED. SINCE WE INITIATED THIS PROGRAM IN 2012 WE HAVE SERVED HUNDREDS OF STUDENTS WITH GREAT SUCCESS. STUDENT PROGRESS HAS BEEN NOTED AT LEVELS THAT HELPED OUR STUDENTS IN COLLEGE SELECTION AND SCHOLARSHIPS.
