IN 2022, MEMPHIS INNER CITY RUGBY (MICR) CONTINUED TO REBUILD PROGRAMMING PARTICIPATION AND PARTNERSHIPS TO PRE-PANDEMIC NUMBERS (338 REGISTERED) WHILE OUR ALUMNI SUPPORT CASELOAD EXPANDED TO 13 FULL CASES. MICR ADDED 8 'SEED' PROGRAMS WHICH EXPANDED OUR PROGRAMMING TO MIDDLE SCHOOLS. IN 2022, MICR HIRED ITS FIRST ALUMNI SUPPORT COORDINATOR TO MANAGE THE CASELOAD AND DEEPEN THE IMPACT OF ALUMNI SERVICES. AFTER THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR, MICR HIRED ITS FIRST-EVER FULL-TIME COACHES KNOWN AS 'PATHWAY COACHES' WHO ADD SUSTAINABILITY TO THE WIDE-SCALED OPERATION OF K-12 PATHWAYS.
