PRIVATE ENFORCEMENT INITIATIVE - PERFORM FAIR HOUSING INVESTIGATIONS, ADVOCACY, ENFORCEMENT, EDUCATION, AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES WITH THE GOAL OF IDENTIFYING, ADDRESSING, AND REDUCING DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES COVERED UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT. WORK INCLUDED PERFORMING APPROXIMATELY 150 INTAKES, 50 INVESTIGATIONS, ADVOCATING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH FAIR HOSUING ISSUESL AND PROVIDING FAIR HOUSING PRESENTATIONS.
EDUCATION AND OUTREACH INITIATIVE - PERFORM FAIR HOUSING EDUCATION AN OUTREACH ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING DISTRIBUTING INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS AND PRESENTING ON FAIR HOUSING, IN INCREASE AWARENESS AND KNOWLEDGE OF FAIR HOUSING RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.
