PRIVATE ENFORCEMENT INITIATIVE - PERFORM FAIR HOUSING INVESTIGATIONS, ADVOCACY, ENFORCEMENT, EDUCATION, AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES WITH THE GOAL OF IDENTIFYING, ADDRESSING, AND REDUCING DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES COVERED UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT. WORK INCLUDED PERFORMING APPROXIMATELY 260 INTAKES, 60 INVESTIGATIONS, ADVOCATING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH FAIR HOUSING ISSUES AND PROVIDING FAIR HOUSING PRESENTATIONS.
