STAYWELL SENIOR CARE SERVES THE FRAIL ELDERLY OF RANDOLPH, MONTGOMERY AND MOORE COUNTIES BY PROVIDING AN ALTERNATIVE TO NURSING HOME PLACEMENT THROUGH A NETWORK OF HIGHLY COORDINATED CARE. STAYWELL SENIOR CARE IS A NON-RESIDENTIAL FACILITY THAT INCLUDES AN ADULT DAY HEALTH AREA, COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL SERVICES, AND A REHAB CENTER. ALL OF THESE SERVICES ARE ACCOMPANIED BY ORGANIZED TRANSPORTATION, HOME HEALTH CARE, AND MEDICATION MANAGEMENT. OUR GOAL IS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND OVERALL WELL-BEING OF THE FRAIL ELDERLY OF THIS REGION, REDUCING HOSPITALIZATIONS AND EMERGENCY ROOM VISITS AND AVOIDING PREMATURE ADMISSIONS TO NURSING HOMES FOR THOSE WHO CAN SAFELY LIVE AT HOME WITH OUR SUPPORT.
