DCYIA ( DEAF CATHOLIC YOUTH INITIATIVE FOR THE AMERICAS) IS A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION (WWW.DCYIA.NET). DCYIA'S GOAL IS TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR BOTH DEAF ADULTS AND YOUTH IN THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE. IT DOES THIS PRIMARILY BY GIVING WEEK-LONG WORKSHOPS FOR BOTH DEAF YOUTH AND DEAF ADULTS (TRAINING THE TRAINERS) ON SITE.
