THIS FOUNDATION RAISED AND GRANTED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF FUNDING FOR THE THIRD AND FOURTH PHASES OF THE MASTER FACILITIES PLAN OF ASPEN VALLEY HOSPITAL DISTRICT (AVHD). THIS FOUNDATION CONTINUED TO GRANT FUNDS TO ITS SOLE MEMBER, AVHD, IN EXCESS OF THE ANNUAL DONATIONS RECEIVED IN THE CURRENT YEAR. THE GRANTS ARE PAID THROUGH CURRENT DONATIONS AND, PRIOR YEAR PLEDGE PAYMENTS WHICH AMOUNTED TO $621,372, AND FROM CASH CARRIED OVER FROM PRIOR YEAR DONATIONS.
