THIS IS FOR STUDENTS WHO MOST LIKELY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD TO PAY FOR THIS EDUCATION AND HAVE HIGH ACADEMIC ACHEIVEMENT AND POSITIVE REFERENCES.
