TO PROVIDE ACADEMIC SUPPORT, COUNSELING AND MENTORSHIP TO LOW-INCOME YOUTH FROM EARLY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, THROUGH MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL, AND GUARANTEED TUITION SUPPORT FOR HIGH EDUCATION. OUR WORK IS FOUNDED ON THE BELIEF THAT GIVEN EQUITABLE ACCESS TO RESOURCES, ALL CHILDREN CAN REALIZE THEIR INNATE POTENTIAL.

HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM: 45 STUDENTS (100%) OF OUR SENIOR DREAM CLASS GRADUATED AS CLASS OF 2022. EIGHTY PERCENT OF OUR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES HAVE CONTINUED ONTO POST- SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH THE SUPPORT OF OUR COLLEGE COUNSELOR. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: 15 STUDENTS COMPLETED THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM CULMINATING IN A LEADERSHIP PHOTO-VOICE PROJECT PRESENTED TO THE COMMUNITY WHICH SHARED THE STUDENTS' IDEAS AND PERSPECTIVES ON IMPORTANT INFLUENCERS AND LEADERS IN OUR COMMUNITY.
ELEMENTARY PROGRAM: LAUNCHED NEW ELEMENTARY COHORTS IN THE FALL OF 2021: 40 1ST GRADE STUDENTS FROM HAILEY, ALTURAS AND BELLEVUE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS ARE NOW "DREAM SCHOLARS." OUR STAFF WILL PROVIDE LONG-TERM, YEAR- ROUND PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LEARNING AND TO PROVIDE ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMING OVER THE NEXT 12-16 YEARS. ONBOARDED AN ADDITIONAL 20 ELEMENTARY STUDENTS (2ND GRADERS AND THEIR FAMILIES) TO OUR ELEMENTARYPROGRAM FOR SUMMER 2022 BRINGING THE NUMBERS OF ELEMENTARY STUDENTS WE ARE SUPPORTING IN OUR CORE PROGRAM TO 60. PARTICIPATED IN SUMMERBRIDGE COLLABORATIVE PROGRAM WITH THE YMCA, BLAINE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND OTHER NONPROFITS; OUR COLLECTIVE STAFF MEMBERS (FROM EACH ORGANIZATION)WORKED TOGETHER TO DELIVER SUMMER ACADEMIC AND ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS THAT SERVED OVER 250 STUDENTS.
