THE PATHWAYS PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED A WINTER HOUSING PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDED 1429 BED NIGHTS (ALMOST TWICE THE PRIOR YEAR), HEALTHY MEALS, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND NAVIGATION SERVICES FOR HOMELESS COUNTY RESIDENTS. WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE SHOWERS AND NAVIGATION SERVICES, AND HAVE ALSO ADVOCATED AND EDUCATED THE COMMUNITY ABOUT HOMELESSNESS WITH 12 SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS SO FAR. WE ARE ALSO ACTIVELY ENGAGED WITH CITY AND COUNTY GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO PROMOTE THE BUILDING OF A PERMANENT HOMELESS SHELTER AND NAVIGATION CENTER, AND WE ARE ACTIVELY WORKING TO EXPAND THE AVAILABILITY OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
