HYDROLOGY RESTORATION - INCLUDES EXPENDITURES RELATING TO SURVEYING, ENGINEERING AND EARTH-MOVING NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE HYDROLOGY RESTORATION COMPONENT OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE WETLAND RESERVE PROGRAM IN LOUISIANA AND ARKANSAS.
TREE PLANTING - EXPENDITURES INCLUDE CONTRACTUAL EXPENSES (SEEDLINGS AND LABOR FOR PLANTING) NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE RESTORATION COMPONENT OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE WETLAND RESERVE PROGRAM IN LOUISIANA AND ARKANSAS.
