KLAMATH BASIN RANGELAND TRUST PUTS MORE AND BETTER WATER INTO UPPER KLAMATH LAKE TO ENHANCE THE TRIPLE BOTTOM LINE OF ECOLOGY, COMMUNITY, AND COMMERCE. IN ADDITION TO WORKING WITH AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS TO RETURN MORE WATER TO STREAMS, KBRT RESTORATION PROJECTS IMPROVED WATER QUALITY TO THE BENEFIT OF A VARIETY OF ENDANGERED AND THREATENED FISH. IN 2015, KBRT CONTINUED TO RETURN SEVERAL ACRE-FEET OF WATER TO THE UPPER KLAMATH ECOSYSTEM WHILE RESTORING OR PROTECTING SEVERAL MILES OF RIVER. KBRT CONTINUES TO LEAD LOCAL EFFORTS TOWARDS A RIVER IN BALANCE AND NATIVE FISH POPULATIONS RESTORED,WHILE MAINTAINING VIABLE AGRICULTURAL OPERATIONS AND A RANCHING ECONOMY AND LIFESTYLE.
