TRAVELING PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR RAPID CITY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. APPROXIMATELY 100 STUDENTS INVOLVED PLUS SUPERVISORS AND CHAPERONES.
THE RAPID CITY MUNICIPAL BAND PERFORMS FREE CONCERTS DURING JUNE AND JULY AT THE MEMORIAL PARK BAND SHELL IN DOWNTOWN RAPID CITY, SD. THE BAND IS COMPOSED OF APPROXIMATELY 65 MUSICIANS FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE.
THE RAPID CITY RANGER BAND IS A MARCHING BAND MADE UP OF APPROXIMATELY 55 LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL MUSICIANS THAT PERFORM FOR BLACK HILLS AREA FESTIVALS AND SUMMER PARADES.
