SMH IS LICENSED TO CARE FOR RESIDENTS WHO REQUIRE MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION, ARE COGNITIVELY IMPAIRED, PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED, DEPENDENT ON SUPPLEMENTAL OXYGEN, AND REQUIRE THERAPEUTIC DIETS. SMH PROVIDED A COMBINED TOTAL OF 12,016 RESIDENT DAYS OF CARE DURING FYE 2021. SMH CARES FOR BOTH PRIVATE PAY INDIVIDUALS AND THOSE WHO RECEIVE MEDICAID BENEFITS FOR THEIR STAY.
