LIFE SKILLS FORE THE YOUTH OF COLORADO SPRINGS CONDUCTS YEAR-ROUND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING THAT BUILDS CHARACTER, INSTILLS LIFE-ENHANCING VALUES AND PROMOTES HEALTHY CHOICES THROUGH THE GAME OF GOLF. THE PROGRAM OPERATES THROUGH AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS IN THE WARMER MONTHS (MAY-SEPT); IN THE COLDER MONTHS, AN INDOOR FACILITY IS USED. THE PROGRAMS INTEGRATE GOLF INSTRUCTIO (GOLF ETIQUETTE, SWING MECHANICS, RULES OF PLAY) WITH THE PRESENTATION OF CORE VALUES (E.G.
