ONE-ON-ONE TRANSITION ASSISTANCE: VETERANS UTILIZING ONE-ON-ONE TRANSITION ASSISTANCE WORK WITH COMMIT FOR MANY MONTHS, RECEIVING INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICES INCLUDING: EXECUTIVE COACHING, STRENGTHS ASSESSMENTS, VALUES IDENTIFICATION, FACILITATORS, MENTORSHIP, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, RESUME ASSISTANCE, INTERVIEW PREPARATION, NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, REFERRALS, AND ACCESS TO COMMITS DIGITAL LIBRARY AND PURSUE YOUR PURPOSE ONLINE PROGRAM. ADDITIONAL RESOURCES FOR ACADEMIC PROGRAMS AND SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE ARE PROVIDED AS NEEDED.
