THE SILOAM SPRINGS PUBLIC SCHOOL FOUNDATION (SSPSF) IS AN INDEPENDENT 501 (C)(3) ORGANIZATION AND IS THE NON-PROFIT PHILANTHROPIC PARTNER OF THE SILOAM SPRINGS SCHOOL DISTRICT. WE BELIEVE OUR COMMUNITY IS STRENGTHENED WHEN EVERY STUDENT HAS EQUITABLE ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION AND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. WE COLLABORATE WITH LOCAL COMPANIES, BUSINESS LEADERS, AND RESIDENTS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE STRATEGIC NEEDS OF OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS. FOUNDED IN 2012, THE SCOPE OF THE FOUNDATION'S WORK IS FOCUSED ON MAJOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AND GRANTS FOR TEACHERS TO PROMOTE INNOVATION IN INSTRUCTION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. THIS HAS SUPPORTED THREE MAJOR FACILITY PROJECTS: PANTHER STADIUM, THE CAREER ACADEMY OF SILOAM SPRINGS (CASS) FACILITY, AND THE NEW MULTI-SPORT COMPLEX FOR BASEBALL, SOFTBALL, AND TENNIS. THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR WILL SERVE AS THE PILOT OF THE TEACHER GRANT PROGRAM MODELED AFTER LIKE PROGRAMS BY OUR SISTER FOUNDATIONS IN THE REGION.
