TO COMBINE ZEN MEDITATION AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING IN ORDER TO DEVELOP WISER, MORE RESILIENT LEADERS WHO CAN CREATE HEALING AND THRIVING IN THEIR RELATIONSHIPS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND SOCIETY. TO FOSTER ZEN TRAINING AND DEVELOP FURTHER INSTRUCTORS OF ZEN LEADERSHIP.

Part 3 - Line 4a

IN 2023, THE INSTITUTE DELIVERED 7 MULTI-DAY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS SERVING 91 PEOPLE, INCLUDING THE HEALTHY EMBODIED AGILE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR THOSE IN HEALTHCARE AND THE FULL ZEN LEADERSHIP CURRICULUM. WE OFFERED 49 FULL OR PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO THESE PROGRAMS, HAVING A TOTAL VALUE OF $21184. ONE PROGRAM WAS DELIVERED IN PERSON WITH THE REMAINDER DELIVERED ONLINE. ALL PROGRAMS WERE OPEN ENROLLMENT. ADDITIONALLY, IZL FACULTY PRESENTED AT 11 OTHER PROGRAMS, ONLINE SUMMITS AND CONFERENCES WITH THOUSANDS OF ATTENDEES. THE INSTITUTE'S PRESIDENT CONTINUED TO RAISE VISIBILITY OF IZL'S PROGRAMS AS A REGULAR CONTRIBUTOR TO FORBES.COM WITH A REACH OF TENS OF THOUSANDS.


WE SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED A GLOBAL ONLINE SUMMIT: ONE EARTH, ONE HEALTH, ONE WITH - A LEADERSHIP SUMMIT FOR PEOPLE, PLANET AND THE FUTURE ON APRIL 20-26, 2023. THE BULK OF THE FUNDING FOR THE SUMMIT CAME THROUGH GRANTS RECEIVED AND REPORTED IN 2022. THE SUMMIT EXPLORED THE IMPACTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON HEALTH, HELPED LEADERS FIND WHAT THEY CAN DO TO CREATE MORE HEALING IN THESE TIMES, AND RESOURCED THEM TO DO THE WORK. WE ALSO RECEIVED A GRANT IN 2023 TO DO ANOTHER ONLINE SUMMIT ON LIVING AND LEADING WITH DEEP RESILIENCE IN 2024.


THE FEBI MIND-BODY PERSONALITY INSTRUMENT WAS USED THROUGHOUT OUR PROGRAMS, AND OUR FEBI OPERATIONS MANAGER SUPPORTED OVER 200 CERTIFIED COACHES, SELLING MORE THAN 550 LICENSES. IN ADDITION, 10 NEW COACHES WERE CERTIFIED AND WE CONTINUED OFFERING A NEW INTRODUCTORY PROGRAM CALLED FEBI-4U.
