A) OPERATION OF A TRAINING FACILITY AND RESALE SHOP IN WHICH YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS LEARN TO REPAIR DONATED USED BICYCLES. THROUGH THE SALE OF THE REFURBISHED BICYCLES, YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF RUNNING A SMALL BUSINESS. YOUTH ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RUNNING ALL ASPECTS OF THE BUSINESS WITH THE GUIDANCE AND OVERSIGHT OF MANAGEMENT STAFF. NEW PARTS ARE ONLY USED ON REFURBISHED BICYCLES IF SAFETY IS A CONCERN AND THE USE OF USED PARTS WOULD CREATE DANGER.B) OPERATION OF EARN-A-BIKE PROGRAM BOTH ON-SITE AT OUR TRAINING LOCATION AND OFF-SITE AT THE LOCATION OF PARTNERING ORGANIZATIONS.
