CURRENTLY, A 2016-2017 COMPARISON STUDY IS BEING CONDUCTED TO SHOW THE POSITIVE CHANGES REPORTED BY FAMILIES FROM THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY HANDFUL OF HOPE.
