OUR MISSION IS TO RAISE UP CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP IN HAITI BY PROVIDING FOOD, CLOTHING, EDUCATION AND MEDICAL CARE IN A LOVING ENVIRONMENT TO POOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN HAITI.

Part 3 - Line 4a

THE SCHOOL BEGINS WITH NURSERY CLASSES FOR 3-YEAR OLDS AND CONTINUES THROUGH 3 MORE PRE-SCHOOL CLASSES AND 13 GRADES. THE STUDENTS ARE TESTED IN 9TH GRADE AND 13TH GRADE EACH YEAR AND DO VERY WELL ON THE GOVERNMENT EXAMS. THE STUDENTS STUDY IN BOTH THE AMERICAN TEXTBOOKS IN ENGLISH AND THE HAITIAN TEXTBOOKS IN FRENCH. THE STUDENTS GRADUATE WITH THE HAITIAN PHILO DIPOLOMA ACCORDING TO MINISTRY OF EDUCATION STANDARDS. THERE ARE MULTIPLE FEEDING PROGRAMS, INCLUDIN BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOL, THE CHILDREN IN THE ORPHANAGE, PREGNANT WOMEN FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND THEIR NEWBORN THROUGH TODDLER-AGE CHILDREN. THE LITTLE ANGELS PROGRAM FEEDS CHILDREN WHO ARE TOO YOUNG TO COME TO SCHOOL. IT ALSO INCLUDES A SCHOOL READINESS PROGRAM. THE NEIGHBORHOOD NO LONGER HAS MALNOURISHED CHILDREN OR BABIES. THE CHILDREN'S HOME BEGAN WITH CHILDREN DISPLACED DUE TO HURRICANES IN 2008. THEY ARRIVED SO WEAK AND SICK, MOST COULD NOT PLAY OR MOVE ABOUT. THEY ARE NOW HEALTHY AND DOING WELL IN SCHOOL. OCCASIONALLY ADDITIONAL CHILDREN IN CRITICAL NEED ARE TAKEN IN.
