EDGEMONT SOCCER CLUB COLLECTS MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR EACH CHILD TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND GAMES THAT ARE SPONSORED BY THE WESTCHESTER SOCCER LEAGUE DURING THE YEAR. AS A MEMBER OF THE LEAGUE, EDGEMONT SOCCER CLUB HAS TO PAY THEM A FEE FOR REFEREE GAMES AND ADMINISTRATION. WE ENCOURAGE THE COACH TO PARTICIPATE AND PAY SOME FEES TOWARD THEIR TOURNAMENT COSTS. WE ALSO PURCHASE TICKETS TO THE SOCCER GAMES FOR THE KIDS PLAYERS. WE ALSO HELP THE SCHOOL FROM TIME TO TIME AND PAY A NICE AMOUNT TO HELP WITH GROUND MAINTENANCE FEES. THIS IS AN ONGOING ACTIVITY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
AS MENTIONED IN FIRST PROGRAM SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS, WE PROMOTE THE SPORTS ACTIVITIES AROUND THE YEAR, TO ENHANCE THE SPIRIT, POSITIVE ATTITUDE, SELF ESTEEM AND PERSONALITY IN THE KIDS' LIFE.
PRACTICES WERE CONDUCTED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR SOCCER GAMES AND TRAINING WITH COACHES.
