PSCA PROVIDES FCC-MANDATED FREQUENCY COORDINATION SERVICES TO THE FORESTRY CONSERVATION COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATION (501(C)(3)) AND THE INTERNATIONAL MUNICIPAL SIGNAL ASSOCIATION (501(C)(3)). PSCA PROCESSES FCC LICENSE APPLICATIONS TO COMPLETION. THESE APPLICATIONS ARE SUBMITTED TO THE FCC FOR GRANT OF RADIO STATION LICENSES TO PUBLIC SAFETY APPLICANTS. PSCA'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO PERFORM FREQUENCY COORDINATION WORK THAT THE FCC MANDATED BE DONE BY FCCA AND IMSA. PSCA PERFORMS THIS WORK ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS.
