SETON INSURANCE SERVICES CORPORATION WILL SERVE AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH TO CARRY OUT ITS MISSION IN SUPPORT OF OR IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSES. IT WILL ALSO SERVE AS THE PARENT CORPORATION FOR SETON HEALTH PLAN, INC., SETON PHYSICIAN HOSPITAL NETWORK, SETON HEALTH ALLIANCE, INC., SETON INSURANCE COMPANY AND DELL CHILDREN'S HEALTH ALLIANCE. OUR MISSION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: FURTHER THE PHILOSOPHY AND MISSION OF ASCENSION HEALTH AND SETON HEALTHCARE FAMILY OF HEALING AND SERVICE TO THE SICK AND POOR, AND PROMOTE, SUPPORT AND ENGAGE IN ANY OF THE RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC MINISTRIES ESTABLISHED BY ASCENSION HEALTH AND SETON HEALTHCARE FAMILY.
