NO BULL IS POWERED BY THE VOICES OF YOUTH (AGES 13-23 STUDENTS) THROUGH SHORT VIDEO DOCUMENTARIES THAT THEY WRITE AND PRODUCE. THESE VIDEOS CREATED BY AND FOR YOUTH HAVE LIFE FAR BEOND THE VIDEO CONTEST AND CAMPAIGN.
