BHCTEXAS EDUCATES THROUGH BI-MONTHLY MEETINGS, E-NEWSLETTERS, SOCIAL MEDIA A WEBSITE, WEBINARS, AND THE ANNUAL BREAST HEALTH SUMMIT, THE ONLY ANNUAL CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO IMPROVING BREAST HEALTH CARE FOR THE MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED IN TEXAS. BHCTEXAS NAVIGATES THROUGH DIRECT PATIENT NAVIGATION PROGRAMS WITH CLINICAL PARTNERSHIPS TO REDUCE THE SHOW RATE FOR CANCER SCREENINGS FOR DIVERSE HIGH-RISK POPULATIONS.
