SPECIFIC SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH FISCAL MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING, FUNDRAISING, GRANT WRITING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC AWARENESS.

ROYAL FAMILY KIDS GRANTS PASS IS A PROGRAM AIMED AT CHILDREN AGES 6-12 WHO ARE IN FOSTER CARE IN JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON. THE PROGRAM FOCUS IS ON:CAMP: A ONE WEEK EVENT DESIGNED TO PROVIDE SELF-ESTEEM BUILDING EXPERIENCES THROUGH COUNSELORS AND OTHER VOLUNTEERS. (CANCELLED IN 2021 DUE TO COVID).MENTORING: CHILDREN PARTICIPATING IN THE CAMP PROGRAM MEET WITH TRAINED COUNSELORS ON A WEEKLY BASIS TO MAINTAIN SKILLS AND RELATIONSHIPS LEARNED AT CAMP.CLUB: MONTHLY MEETINGS AND FIELD TRIPS WITH COUNSELORS TO FURTHER CONTINUE THE CAMPERS' DEVELOPMENT.CHRISTMAS: A SPONSORED CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR EVERY FOSTER CHILD IN JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON (CANCELLED IN 2021 DUE TO COVID PANDEMIC).60 CHILDREN SERVED.
EVERY CHILD PROGRAM WORKS DIRECTLY WITH FOSTER CHILDREN IN THE LOCAL AREA AND HELPS TO ENGAGE THE COMMUNITY WITH FOSTER CHILDREN AND THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES (STATE AGENCY THAT OVERSEES THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM LOCALLY). THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 500 CHILDREN ANNUALLY THAT ARE IN FOSTER CARE IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.300 FOSTER CHILDREN AND PARENTS SERVED.
CHURCH OF THE VALLEY IS A COOPERATIVE EFFORT OF MANY VARIED PASTORS AND CHURCHES IN JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON, TO FACILITATE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN CONGREGATIONAL LEADERS AND CHURCHES' MINISTRY TO COME TOGETHER TO EXPRESS FAITH AND OBEDIENCE TO CHRIST. WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND ANNUAL EVENTS ARE HELD INCLUDING SERVE GRANTS PASS AND CHURCH IN THE PARK.75 DIRECTLY AND 3000 INDIRECTLY INDIVIDUALS SERVED.
