NANTUCKET SAFE HARBOR FOR ANIMALS ADVOCATES AND PROVIDES FOR ANIMAL WELFARE AND PROVIDE SHELTER AND CARE, INCLUDING SPAYING AND NUETERING, FOR STRAY, HOMELESS, UNWANTED OR ABANDONED ANIMALS UNTIL THEY ARE ADOPTED INTO RESPONSIBLE, LIFELONG HOMES.
LUCKY WHISKERS AND WAGS (LWW)-THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES EMERGENCY MEDICAL FUNDING FOR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS FOR EMERGENCY SURGERY, VET VISITS, AND PAIN RELIEF FOR THEIR PETS.
SPAY NEUTER ISLAND PETS (SNIPP) PROVIDES VOUCHERS TO OFFSET THE COST OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING. TYPICALLY PAID TO VETERINARIAN, ALTHOUGH SOMETIMES INDIVIDUALS ARE REIMBURSED.
