Part 3 - Line 4a
VETERINARY CARE IS ALWAYS THE LARGEST EXPENSE FOR AN ENGLISH BULLDOG RESCUE. BULLDOGS ARE PLAQUE WITH GENETIC ISSUES, THEY ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE BREED TO RESCUE. IN 2021 WE HAD SEVERAL IVDD SURGERIES WHICH ARE $13,000.00 A PIECE. CHERRY EYE SURGERIES, TAIL AMPUTATION SURGERIES, PALATE SURGERIES ON ALMOST EVERY DOG. THAT DOESN'T EVEN INCLUDE NORMAL RESCUE SURGERIES, NEUTERING, SPAYING, ETC. WE COVER SEVERAL STATES AND HAVE SURGERIES EVERY DAY.
THE SECOND HIGHEST EXPENSE IS THE FOOD, SUPPLEMENTS, HARNESSES, TREATS, DIAPERS, WHEELCHAIRS ETC. ALL BULLDOGS COME IN WITH SKIN INFECTIONS, EAR INFECTIONS, ETC. ALL OF THESE THINGS OCCUR BECAUSE OF BAD FOOD. BULLDOGS ARE SPECIFIC THEY NEED NO GRAINS, NO CHICKEN, NO SWEET POTATOES. MOST EAT RAW FOOD. WHICH IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE FOOD. WE ALSO HAVE TO SEND THE FOOD TO THE DIFFERENT STATES. WE ALSO TAKE CARE OF A LOT OF HANDICAP DOGS, THAT REQUIRE WHEELCHAIRS, DIAPERS, ETC
THE THIRD BIGGEST EXPENSE IS PROMOTIONAL ITEMS TO MAKE MONEY. SHIRTS, DECALS, TUMBLERS, AUCTION ITEMS, HATS, VENUE'S, SUPPLIES FOR EVENTS, ETC
