THE JONES FAMILY FOUNDATION PROVIDES GRANTS TO COMMUNITY NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND INITIATIVES WHICH FIT THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION AND FUNDAMENTAL STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE RED WING, MINNESOTA GEOGRAPHIC AREA.
EVERY HAND JOINED IS A COMMUNITY-WIDE COLLECTIVE IMPACT INITIATIVE INITIATED BY THE JONES FAMILY FOUNDATION IN 2012 TO INCREASE CHILDREN'S READINESS FOR SCHOOL, RAISE STUDENT OUTCOMES AND PREPARE OUR COMMUNITY'S YOUTH FOR A CHANGING ECONOMY. EVERY HAND JOINED IS A TRUE COMMUNITY COLLABORATIVE WITH THE JONES FAMILY FOUNDATION PROVIDING STAFFING AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES (KNOWN AS BACKBONE EXPENSES) FOR THE INITIATIVE.
