IN DOING SO, THE ASSOCIATION WILL, AMONG OTHER THINGS, REPRESENT THE MEMBERSHIP BEFORE CONGRESS, STATE LEGISLATURES, THE COURTS, APPROPRIATE STATE OR FEDERAL AGENCIES, AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS.
