WE PRIORITIZE THE ISSUES IMPACTING OUR LATINO COMMUNITY AND PROACTIVELY COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS THAT PROMOTE THE CULTURE, EDUCATION, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELL-BEING OF OUR LATINO COMMUNITY.

THROUGH ITS PROGRAMS, CEA PROVIDES TIMELY INFORMATION TO ITS MEMBERS ON ECONOMIC, ARTS & CULTURE AND EDUCATION ISSUES ENABLING MEMBERS TO MAKE BETTER INFORMED DECISIONS IN THE COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATIONS. THROUGH THE YOUNG ACHIEVERS FORUM, WE PROVIDE MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES TO OVER 1,000 STUDENTS IN THE EL PASO AREA.
