AS BUSINESS AND CIVIC LEADERS WE ARE UNITED IN OUR PURPOSE TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF EL PASOS LATINO COMMUNITY BY INSTILLING PRIDE AND PROVIDING LEADERSHIP. WE PRIORITIZE THE ISSUES IMPACTING OUR LATINO COMMUNITY AND PROACTIVELY COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS THAT PROMOTE THE CULTURE, EDUCATION, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELL-BEING OF OUR LATINO COMMUNITY.

WE PROVIDE CONTRIBUTIONS TO SELECTED NON-PROFITS IN OUR AREA WHO PROVIDE MUCH NEEDED SERVICES IN THE AREA OF EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SOCIAL SERVICES.
THROUGH ITS PROGRAMS CEA PROVIDES TIMELY INFORMATION TO ITS MEMBERS ON ECONOMIC, ARTS & CULTURE AND EDUCATION ISSUES ENABLING MEMBERS TO MAKE BETTER INFORMED DECISIONS IN THE COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATIONS. THROUGH THE YOUNG ACHIEVERS FORUM WE PROVIDE MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES TO OVER 1,000 STUDENTS IN THE EL PASO AREA. WE ENCOURAGE ADVANCED DEGREES TO THESE STUDENTS AND PARENTS. WE ALSO ESTABLISH SCHOLARSHIPS AT THE EL PASO COMMUNITY FOUNDATION. IN 2019 WE DONATED A TOTAL OF 178,128 IN NEW SCHOLARSHIPS.
