SHARE INVOLVES PROVIDING TRANSITIONAL AND PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, ALONG WITH HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION POLICIES, TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING OR AT IMMEDIATE RISK OF EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS (INCLUDING VETERANS AND HOSPITAL TO HOME FROM GRADY HOSPITAL IN ATLANTA).
