THE SMALL THINGS SUPPORTED 1988 CHILDREN AND 617 ADULTS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 . WE CARED FOR 45 CHILDREN THROUGH FULL-TIME RESIDENTIAL CARE AT HAPPY FAMILY CHILDREN'S VILLAGE, REUNIFIED 14 CHILDREN WITH THEIR FAMILIES, PROVIDED INTENSIVE SUPPORT AT HOME FOR 69 CHILDREN, PROVIDED PRESCHOOL AND DAYCARE FOR 65 CHILDREN, AND PROVIDED TUTORING AND ADULT EDUCATION FOR OVER 102 COMMUNITY MEMBERS. IN ADDITION, CHILDREN IN 481 FAMILIES WERE SUPPORTED VIA MICROFINANCE ACCESS. THE SMALL THINGS FOUNDED THE FAMILIES AND FUTURES COALITION OF TANZANIA TO TRANSFORM THE ALTERNATIVE CARE SYSTEM . THROUGH FFCT, WE PROVIDED INTENSIVE SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION TO FIVE LOCAL ORPHANAGES TO AID THEIR TRANSITION TO MORE ETHICAL MODELS OF CARE. WE ALSO HOSTED TRAINING SESSIONS FOR MORE THAN 40 LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND SIGNED MOUS WITH A TOTAL OF 51 ORGANIZATIONS DEDICATED TO PROMOTING FAMILY FIRST MODELS OF CARE.
