SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS: JOUNCE WORKS WITH SCHOOLS SERVING LOW INCOME POPULATIONS, HELPING THESE SCHOOLS INSTALL AND EXECUTE A MODEL OF ACCELERATED TEACHER DEVELOPMENT. OUR PARTNER SCHOOLS HAVE DEMONSTRATED DRAMATIC SCHOOL ACHIEVEMENT GAINS AS THEY HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE JOUNCE MODEL WITH INCREASING FIDELITY.
TALENT PIPELINE PROGRAM PARTNERSHIPS: JOUNCE TRAINS NEW TEACHERS THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH DIFFERENT LEARNING ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS RELAY GRADUATE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION, AND KIPP'S CAPITAL TEACHING RESIDENCY. THROUGH THESE PARTNERSHIPS, JOUNCE PREPARES NEW TEACHERS FOR CLASSROOMS IN HIGH-NEED COMMUNITIES AND NEW PRINCIPALS TO LEAD SCHOOLS IN HIGH-NEED COMMUNITIES.
