WE STRIVE TOWARD PROVIDING IMPROVED ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE IN THE WATERTOWN AREA, WITH A FOCUS ON IDENTIFYING POPULATIONS THAT ARE IN NEED AND THE AVAILABLE RESOURCES. WE WILL COORDINATE THE COMPASSION AND CARING OF THE PEOPLE OF OUR AREA TO CREATE SOLUTIONS AND BUILD A HEALTHIER COMMUNITY.

THE PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDES MEDICATIONS TO PATIENTS IN NEED WITH THE MAJORITY OF THE MEDICATIONS BEING DONATED BY PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES. WATERTOWN AREA CARE CLINIC MERGED WITH ROCK RIVER COMMUNITY CLINIC, INC. ALL REMAINING ASSETS WERE TRANSFERRED TO ROCK RIVER COMMUNITY CLINIC, INC. AT THE END OF 2019.
