TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE STUDY OF AND RESEARCH IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF MATHEMATICS. THE VOLUNTEER BOARD PROMOTES THE ORGANIZATION TO RAISE AWARENESS AND MEMBERSHIP AND TO PLAN AND SPONSOR WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES, SUPPORT PUBLICATIONS AND ONGOING SCHOLARLY AND PROFESSIONAL DISCUSSION, AND GATHER AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION OF GENEREL INTEREST TO ITS MEMBERS. THE ASSOCIATION, THROUGH ITS VOLUNTEERS, ORGANIZED A JOINT SESSION IN NOVEMBER 2022 WITH THE PHILOSOPHY OF SCIENCE ASSOCIATION TO SEEK A BROADER REPRESENTATION OF WORK IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF SCIENCE. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION HELD A SYMPOSIUM IN JANUARY 2022 WITH THE ASSOCIATION FOR THE PHILOSOPHY OF MATHEMATICAL PRACTICE IN THE APA (AMERICAN PHILOSOPHICAL ASSOCIATION) EASTERN DIVISION GROUP SESSIONS PROGRAM.
