ACUI OPERATES FOR THE STUDY AND IMPROVEMENT OF COLLEGE UNION SERVICES AND PROGRAMS AND TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW COLLEGE UNIONS. THE OPERATIONS ARE REALIZED THROUGH CONFERENCES, PUBLICATIONS, PROGRAMS AND SURVEYS. IN 2021, THE ASSOCIATION HAD 2116 INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS, 462 INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERS, AND 47 CORPORATE MEMBERS IN 2021, THE MAJORITY OF PROGRAMS AND EVENTS TOOK PLACE IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT BECAUSE OF COVID-19. THE ASSOCIATION HAD 3,000 ATTENDEES FOR THE 2021 VIRTUAL ANNUAL CONFERENCE. FOUR HUNDRED MEMBERS ENGAGED WITH ACUI THROUGH FIVE VIRTUAL SEMINARS, INCLUDING THE STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS INSTITUTE AND I-LEAD AND 1,000 INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATED IN THE FOUR JOINT REGIONAL CONFERENCES. NEARLY 1,200 STUDENT ATHLETES COMPETED AT EIGHT REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS AND EVENTS
