STUDENT OUTREACH AND ACADEMIC REINFORCEMENT (SOAR) - ENHANCES THE ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF FIFTH GRADERS THROUGH EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT, MENTORING, AND ENRICHMENT OPPORTUNITIES. ALSO PROVIDES A LEADERSHIP ACADEMY FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLERS AND COLLEGE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS.
