MARIAN MANOR APARTMENTS (MMA) PROVIDES A BUILDING TO LEASE FOR MEDICAL SERVICES. THIS FACILITY RENTS TO A MEDICAL CLINIC, CHIROPRACTOR AND REHAB OUTPATIENT CLINIC. PRIOR TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS BUILDING, THERE WERE NO SUITABLE FACILITIES IN THE CITY. MMA ALSO PROVIDE A BUILDING TO LEASE FOR A DAYCARE FACILITY. PRIOR TO THE DAYCARE OPENING, THERE WERE NO OTHER CHILDCARE FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN THE COMMUNITY.
MARIAN MANOR APARTMENTS (MMA) PROVIDES CONGREGATE HOUSING FOR 20 ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS AT A RATE BELOW THE MARKET RATE. ANCILLARY SERVICES ARE ARRANGED ON A FEE FOR SERVICE BASIS STRUCTURED ON THE INDIVIDUAL'S ABILITY TO PAY.
